
I, Viktor Oleksandrovych Pidlisny, was born on October 23, 1952 in Kyiv in the family of an official.
After graduating from secondary school No. 158 in 1970, I was drafted into the Soviet Army. I served two years in the sergeant school.
In 1977 I graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Theatrical Art named after Karpenko-Kary.
He began working at the State Television and Radio of the Ukrainian SSR as a director of the Main Editorial Office of Broadcasting for Children and Youth of
the Ukrainian Radio.
Without leaving production, he completed an assistantship-internship at the Karpenko-Kary State Institute of Television and Radio of the Ukrainian SSR in
1983 in his specialty.
From 1985 to 1987 he worked as a director in the Main Editorial Office of Scientific and Educational Programs of the State Committee for Television and
Radio Broadcasting.
In 1988 he became a co-founder of the independent studio "RADA", where he was the Artistic Director. He worked on a series of documentary films in the
Chernobyl zone.
In 1991, "Rada" was transformed into the TV channel "Gravis", which conducted regional terrestrial broadcasting.
In 1992, he created the TRK "TERRA-TV", where he became the general director. The company worked in the mode of a producer studio, and later, having
received a satellite license, conducted its own broadcast.
In 2007, he headed the municipal enterprise of the Dnipro Council in Kyiv, “Telecompaniya “Misto”. From 2015 to 2017, as the general director of the Donetsk Regional Television and Radio Company, he was in Kramatorsk, restoring television and radio broadcasting.
From 2017 to 2018, he was the general director of the State Enterprise “Ukrtelefilm” Television Studio.
He taught at the Karpenko-Kary Kyiv Institute of Theater Arts and the National Institute of Journalism and Public Policy.
I have awards from the State Border Service, as well as a Diploma from the Cabinet of Ministers for journalistic activities.
Married, I have two sons.
